The Aspiration of Future Finders of Winsford

At Future Finders our goal is to empower our staff, volunteers, placements and learners to develop their personal and professional skills. We intend to do this through the training and work based experience we offer. Our hope is through this focused training and practical experience, individuals can become more active members of the community and the local workforce.

The purpose of Future Finders is to :

Increase the help and support we can give to all those who work with us
Provide flexible training opportunities for all
Create more opportunities for people to move on in to employment, further education or higher education
Provide individuals with a real work based learning experience
Create a flexible and friendly learning environment, that is accessible by all
